2020-2021 Academic Year Spring Semester Transfer Application Conditions

* Transfer Applications to Academic Units of our university will be made online. (Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.) Click for Online Application Guide.

* Registrations of Academic Unit students who are eligible to undertake transfer as a result of online application will be made in person at the related unit faculty / school / vocational school directorates

* In the final registration, the originals of the documents that the students uploaded to the system during the application will be demanded, students who make false statements will not be registered and will be notified to the university where they are registered. Students who are found to have made a false statement at a later date, despite being registered, will be deleted.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TRANSFER APPLICATION:

Online Application Form

Transcript: The official document that the applicant will take from the institution where he / she will leave, showing all the courses he followed and the grades he received from these courses.

Student certificate

Course contents (Course Content with QR code)

A document stating that there is no disciplinary action. (For candidates who will apply according to their GPA)

A document indicating that it is 10% for students who apply for formal education from evening education. (For candidates who will apply according to their GPA)

ÖSYS Result Document (for candidates who will apply within the scope of Additional Article-1)

Document showing that there is no undergraduate transfer within the scope of Supplementary Article-1 (For candidates who will apply within the scope of Supplementary Article-1)
