29 October Republic Day Celebrated in Bandırma with an Official Ceremony

On the occasion of the 97th Anniversary of the foundation of our Republic, October 29 Republic Day Ceremony was held in Bandırma Cumhuriyet Square. On behalf of our university, our Rector Prof. Dr. by Süleyman Özdemir attended. Bandırma District Governor Günhan Yazar, Garrison Commander Air Pilot Brigadier Oğuz Okuyucu, Mayor of Bandırma Att. Tolga Tosun and Chief Public Prosecutor Cüneyt Demirdaş also attended.

The October 29 Republic Day Ceremony, which started with a wreath-laying ceremony at 13:00, ended with a minute of silence, reading the Turkish National Anthem and the speeches of the protocol members.
