Our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Özdemir attended the ceremony of representative welcoming in Bandırma Eski Iskele on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's arrival in Bandırma and the official ceremony held in Cumhuriyet Square.

The programs, which took place with the participation of Bandırma District Governor Günhan Yazar, Garrison Commander Brigadier General Oğuz Okuyucu, Metropolitan Mayor Yücel Yılmaz, Bandırma Mayor Lawyer Tolga Tosun, Chief Public Prosecutor Cüneyt Demirdaş, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations, mukhtars and citizens, attracted great attention despite the torrential rain.
