Our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Özdemir Participated in the 98th Anniversary of Bandırma's Liberation from Enemy Occupation

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman Özdemir participated in the celebrations organized within the scope of the 98th anniversary of the Liberation of Bandırma from the enemy occupation. Bandırma District Governor Günhan Yazar, Balıkesir Deputy Ahmet Akın, Garrison Commander Brigadier General Oğuz Okuyucu, Bandırma Mayor Lawyer Tolga Tosun, Chief Public Prosecutor Cüneyt Demirdaş, representatives of political parties, representatives of non-governmental organizations and citizens also participated.

The ceremony, which started with the presentation of a wreath to the Atatürk Monument, a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem, ended with a visit to the document and photograph exhibition titled "Bandırma from the Presidential Ottoman Archive in the National Struggle" at the Barış Manço Cultural Center Melih Çınar Exhibition Hall after the speeches of the protocol members.
