2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Advisor Appointment Procedures for Newly Registered Students

Advisor appointment procedures for students newly enrolled in our programs in the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester will be carried out between 7-11 September 2026. Newly registered students are required to completely fill out the attached Advisor Appointment Form on the computer, complete the required signatures and submit it to our Department within the specified dates. For students who cannot be assigned an advisor within the specified dates, the advisor appointment process will be carried out again between 25-29 January 2027.  Until the advisor is appointed, the responsibility of advising the students will be carried out by the Head of the Department.

Forms that are filled out manually, contain incomplete information, or have incomplete signatures will not be processed.
