2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduate Advisor Change Applications

Applications for change of advisor for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Term will be received between 31 August 2026 - 11 September 2026.

Students who will request a change of advisor must fill out the attached YL-002 Advisor Change Recommendation Form and complete the required signatures at the latest. They must be submitted to our Head of Department by Friday, September 11, 2026.

Forms that are filled out manually, contain incomplete information, or have incomplete signatures will not be processed.

It is strongly announced to our interested students.
