Foreign Language Placement Exam for Erasmus + and Mevlana Program Candidates (November 2020 Term)

ERASMUS FOREIGN LANGUAGE PLACEMENT EXAM

NOVEMBER 2020

 

A Foreign Language Placement and Language Certification Exam will be opened for the students of our University who wish to apply to the Erasmus Program.

The purpose of the exam

A) Associate, Bachelor's and Postgraduate students who wish to apply to the Erasmus program,

B) To determine the language levels of the candidates who want to study at the institutes affiliated with our university and to document this.

 

Applications to be made are only for the foreign language exam. Erasmus Student Mobility Program application terms and dates will be announced by the International Relations Office.

The placement test is held twice a year, and it does not mean that every foreign language exam will be accepted or accepted to Erasmus and Mevlana programs.

The exam is held at least at the intermediate and upper level (CEFR B2 and C1). Within the scope of Erasmus + and Mevlana Programs, since it is aimed for students to take the courses in another country in English, the students who will participate in these programs must have a sufficient language level. The exam will be evaluated over a hundred points. Exam results of students who score 55 and above in the exam are valid for 2 years.

Exam Content: The exam includes questions to measure grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and composition skills.

 

Application Form: Students are required to apply to the Student Affairs of the Faculty / Vocational School / Institute where they are registered.

Exam Date: Friday, 27 November 2020

Exam Hour: 15.00

Exam Place: Main Campus, Block D

Exam Results: Exam results will be announced on our school's web address and sent to the relevant department.
